​For All Contributions PDC requires the following information for every contribution:

• Full name

• Residential address

• Contribution amount

• Date the contribution is made

Additional Requirements May Apply

• Over $250 (aggregate) from an individual:
  Donor must also provide occupation and employer (name, city, and state).

• Over $100 (monetary contributions):
  Must be made by written instrument (e.g., check or other traceable form of payment).

• Over $1,500:
  Contributions exceeding this amount are subject to “Last-Minute Contribution” (LMC) reporting by the committee within 48 hours or the next business day, as required by PDC regulations.

Incomplete contributions may need to be returned to comply with state law.

Use of Contributions

Contributions are used solely to support the operational and communication expenses of the Citizens for Hockinson Schools committee. No funds are used for school district operations.
